Introducing Our School

St. Michaels University School (SMUS) is:

• An independent and not-for-profit school
• Junior Kindergarten to Grade 12  –  with Boarding from Grades 8 to 12
• Located in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada, in the heart of Straits Salish territory.

Our school has a local and global reputation for excellence. Students from all over the world are attracted to study with us and many of our graduates attend the best universities in Canada, the US and the world.

From the earliest years, core academic skills are balanced with a program enriched with the arts, athletics, outdoor education, leadership and service with the aim of developing the 'whole student.' Each step is developmentally appropriate, academically rigourous, personally rewarding and joyful.
