We are once again thrilled to launch our Annual Fund Campaign for 2023, aptly named "The Power of Participation." This year, our priorities are thoughtfully aligned with the areas of highest need within our school community: Financial Aid, Sustainability Initiatives, Wellness, Facility Upgrades, and Technology Advancements.

Since embarking on the "Journey For Life" capital campaign, we have already seen remarkable success. The completion of our Junior School Annex, for example, marked a significant milestone, providing our students with enhanced learning spaces and resources. This achievement has set the tone for the many more positive transformations ahead of us.
This past summer, we broke ground in the much-anticipated renovations to our boarding houses. We are delighted to share the fantastic news that the Winslow and Barnacle common rooms have received substantial upgrades, making them even more inviting and conducive to community-building activities. Further, four boarding rooms in Barnacle have been completely renovated, offering our students a comfortable and supportive living environment. These remarkable improvements are made possible through the incredible generosity of a dedicated donor to our capital campaign.
At SMUS, we understand that our history, our present, and our future significantly benefit from the philanthropic support we receive from our dedicated community. The Annual Fund campaign plays a pivotal role in shaping what is possible for our school.
