The 2025 Junior Girls Basketball Island Championships will be hosted at St. Michaels University School starting on Friday, Feb.14 and running until Saturday, Feb. 15.
This year's tournament will see the Oak Bay Junior Girls looking to extend their victory streak to three, following wins in 2024 and 2023, while SMUS will be looking to get back on the championship slate following a three-peat in 2020, 2021 and 2022. The Island Championships have been running since 1968.
The top three teams will advance to the coveted provincial championships held in Chilliwack, B.C. from Feb. 21-23, 2025.
