Raechel found her way to campus in September of 2011 to start working at Senior School. She cherishes the lifelong connections she has made with students and staff through her various roles as a coach, houseparent, Social Studies and Physical Education teacher and enjoys welcoming new community members alongside the Grade 12s to campus each September through the Link Leader program.
"I believe in balance and inclusivity which influence my work as a yoga, social justice and psychology teacher and through guiding our pride alliance each year. Leadership development is a cornerstone of our SMUS programming and I am grateful to work with the grad committee and prefects to help them cultivate their capacity ahead of graduation and life beyond SMUS."
