Carole started working at SMUS in September of 2015. Her previous experience as a school counsellor made the position at SMUS appealing, and living in Victoria seemed like an amazing opportunity for her family. They moved from Winnipeg that year and have been living happily on the coast since then. Her daughter attends SMUS and will graduate in 2026.
She loves being able to help students process their feelings and learn valuable skills to help cope with their mental health, and she loves to watch them flourish. She also enjoys working with the passionate and dedicated faculty at SMUS.
She loves spending time with family and friends, and walking their dog, June. Being at the beach and spending rainy days curling up with a good book are two of her favourite pastimes.
